Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Renewing your membership is easy. It will automatically renew based on the schedule you chose at checkout — monthly or annually. To see your renewal date, log in to your Future Commerce+ account and go to the "Account Settings" page. There, you will see the option to update or renew your membership. Follow the prompts to complete the renewal process.
To update your card on file, log in to your Future Commerce+ account and go to the "manage subscription" page. From there, you can enter your new card information and save it to update your payment method.
If a payment fails, you will receive a notification and we will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment continues to fail, your membership may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
