Renewing your membership is easy. It will automatically renew based on the schedule you chose at checkout — montly or annually. To see your renewal date, log in to your Future Commerce+ account and go to the "Account Settings" page. There, you will see the option to update or renew your membership. Follow the prompts to complete the renewal process.
To update your card on file, log in to your Future Commerce+ account and go to the "manage subscription" page. From there, you can enter your new card information and save it to update your payment method.
If a payment fails, you will receive a notification and we will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment continues to fail, your membership may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

No, you will not lose your membership if you change jobs. Your membership is tied to your email. If your email changes for any reason, you can log in and update within the Future Commerce+ portal. so you can continue to enjoy all the benefits even if you switch companies.
