2. Eligibility

Renewal: Memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings or by contacting us.
Refunds: Refunds for memberships or event tickets are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to strictly enforce this policy to the fullest extent permissible by law.

5. Ticket Sales and Events

Purchase Terms: When you purchase a ticket to any Future Commerce event, you agree to the applicable event terms, including any refund or cancellation policies.
Refunds, Substitutions, Transfers: While we generally allow ticket refunds, substitutions, or transfers, we reserve the right to restrict or deny such requests as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
